Fuel and Fleet Management Software
- ‘FleetMagic’ PC based for Home-Base/In-House users, consisting of FuelOmat fuel management operation and report software
- Fleet Head Office server for Retail and Home-Base users, consisting of a centralized fleet management and authorization server for all fleet-oriented activity in a region (Multi fleets activity).
OrPT - Outdoor Payment Terminal and Printer
The OrPT is a new generation of cost effective outdoor payment terminals designed to address modern applications at the forecourt. A variety of payment means are accepted such as: magnetic cards, chip cards and contactless tags.
The OrPT includes built-in Barcode and voice capabilities, modern TCP/IP Ethernet or Wireless communication links, as well as traditional RS-485 and RS-232 links.
OrPT is designed for compact and easy installation directly on the pump or next to it. A built-in Web server enables remote maintenance by any PC with a Browser.
Vehicle Identification Units
Orpak's FuelOmat system includes a variety of Vehicle Identification Units (VIU) for automatic safe refueling and advanced fleet management advanced capabilities.
LocatOr - Automatic Vehicle Location and Dispatch system
The LocatOr is Orpak's complete solution for fleets includes a vehicle terminal for driver interaction.
On the fleet manager level, monitoring and control also includes a dispatcher with mapping capabilities. The LocatOr consists of the following devices: CommBox with GPS and GPRS links, driver terminal and application server with mapping.
Taximeter systems - Genie, Mini Genie
Orpak's Genie is a compact, radio size and durable unit that accepts all common payment means and includes an integrated receipt printer. Approved for European and American standards, it also has fiscal approvals for Estern Europe. Advanced capabilities such as flexible tariffs, reports, security, I/O and connectivity to the Automatic Vehicle Location (VIS) and fueling systems (FuelOmat) are available.
Tanker Truck Controller Unit - TTCU
Orpak's TTCU is a mobile station controller and vehicle identification system that tracks the tanker truck deliveries and reduces potential risks of refueling with the wrong fuel type.
Pump Interface units
Orpak's pump interface units support all international pump manufacturers as well as many local and regional manufacturers.
Orpak's product line consists of more than 40 different models of pump interfaces, including: a cost effective Mechanical Pump Interface and the Pump Intelligent Router (PIR) for fiscal pump requirements.
Audit Trail (Journal Printer)
Orpak's Audit Trail automatically produces a hard copy of each transaction data including time, date, vehicle I.D, odometer and engine hours, and system user number. It uses regular 8” x 11” size paper and has an optional electric paper cutter.
Vehicle Identification Transceiver (VIT and uVIT)
Orpak's VIT (or micro VIT) receives the Vehicle Identification Units (VIU) data through antenna loops on the nozzles.
Tag Readers - UPI and OrTag small terminals
Orpak's tag readers are cost effective small form factor terminals for attendant and driver interaction.
FortCom - TCP/IP Forecourt Communication infrastructure
FortCom is available in wired and wireless configurations. It connects the various forecourt devices such as Forecourt Controller (FCC), Outdoor Payment Terminals (OrPT), pumps communication, Vehicle Information Transceivers (VIT) as well as third party equipment.
Four type of links are available with interconnection between the links (gateways) : TCP/IP Ethernet, TCP/IP Wireless (Secured WiFi), RS-485, RS-232. The system also includes remote Web capabilities for maintenance.
